Dinesh Chopra joined Avail Infrastructure Solutions as Chief Performance Officer, effective March 2023, responsible for driving the strategic growth initiatives for Avail.

Dinesh is a seasoned industry executive with 25 years of experience in strategy, corporate development, and operational roles. He has strong expertise in semiconductor manufacturing and consumer banking, particularly in product development, growth & optimization, innovation, and digitization. Before joining AIS, Chopra served as the Chief Strategy and Corporate Development Officer of Ally Financial. In this role, his responsibilities included developing enterprise and LOB strategies, optimizing the performance of different lines of businesses, identifying, and executing mergers, acquisitions & strategic partnerships, and running the corporate venture fund.

Bill Ruta, Vice President and General Manager, WSI Global

Vice President and General Manager, WSI Global

 

Bill Ruta is the Vice President and General Manager of WSI Global and joined Avail Infrastructure Solutions in 2013. He oversees Global Operations for WSI, including the North American, South American, and EMEAA business units.

Bill leads Global teams of industry experts in providing a technological specialty repair solution to clients in Heavy Industries. He has a long track record in fostering customer loyalty for the WSI organization, including previously being the Managing Director of Canada and the Vice President of North America. Bill’s career spans public and private organizations serving similar Industrial markets, including previous positions with Canadian-based Wajax Industries and Ceda International.

Bill holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from the University of Alberta and a Master of Business Administration.

Nathan Lepper, Vice President and General Manager, Avail Switchgear Systems

Nathan Lepper

Vice President and General Manager, Avail Switchgear Systems

 

Nathan Lepper is the Vice President and General Manager for Avail Switchgear Systems.

Prior to Avail, he spent the last 18 years working for AZZ Switchgear Systems as the Operations Manager and was named General Manager of the Fulton, Missouri facility in 2017. Shortly after the acquisition of Powergrid Solutions in Oshkosh, Wisconsin, he was named Vice President of AZZ Switchgear Systems and assumed responsibility for both plants. He has extensive manufacturing experience with product redesigns, new product development, and Lean Manufacturing initiatives focused on business growth. 

Nathan holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Central Missouri. He also serves on several manufacturing and educational boards, including the State Technical College of Missouri welding advisory board and the William Woods University MBA advisory board.

Jeremy Hoffman, Vice President and General Manager, Avail Enclosure Systems

Vice President and General Manager, Avail Enclosure Systems

 

Jeremy Hoffman joined AZZ, now Avail Infrastructure Solutions, in May 2019 as Vice President and General Manager of Avail Enclosure Systems. Most recently, he held a variety of leadership positions with Gardner Denver and ABB after serving twelve years in the United States Air Force as a Non-Commissioned Officer.

Jeremy has extensive multi-site experience leading operations with an emphasis on engineered-to-order product. Jeremy holds a Bachelor of Science from Southern Illinois University-Carbondale and a Master of Science from the University of Arkansas.

Greg Davall, Vice President and General Manager, Bus Systems

Greg Davall

Vice President and General Manager, Bus Systems

 

Greg Davall joined Avail (formerly AZZ) in April 2018 as General Manager of Medium Voltage Bus and has since been promoted to Vice President and General Manager, Bus Systems. He is responsible for operations in Massachusetts, Mississippi, and Joint Ventures in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and Rugao, China.

Greg has owned his own successful manufacturing business and has been a key contributor to over a dozen manufacturing start-ups and turnarounds. He has been successful in public, private, union, non-union, acquisition, and divestiture situations in roles including General Manager, Vice President, and President and served on the Board of Directors of Beresford Packaging (NASDAQ: BPIE).

Greg is a LEAN Six Sigma Blackbelt, Young Engineer of the Year for the State of Tennessee, inducted into the Beta Gamma Sigma Honor Society at Boston University’s Questrom School of Business and has a BSME, and has completed all coursework for an MSME from Bucknell University.
