RIG-A-LITE complies fully with the Build America, Buy America (BABA) Act, meeting all U.S. manufacturing standards. As part of the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act, BABA mandates using American-made materials for federally funded projects to support U.S. industries and jobs.
To meet BABA requirements, products must fall into three categories: (1) iron or steel products produced in the U.S.; (2) manufactured products made in the U.S.; and (3) construction materials, with all manufacturing processes completed in the country.
