Introducing the Rig-A-Lite HZALJ Hi-Lumen

Suwanee, GA – January 5, 2026 – Avail Infrastructure Solutions (“Avail”), a Fernweh Group (“Fernweh”) portfolio company, announces that it has completed the sale of its Welding Services Business (“WSI”), a global leading provider of specialty welding and asset life extension services for critical infrastructure, to Pelican Energy Partners LP (“Pelican”), a private equity firm focused on the energy services and industrial sectors. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Avail is retaining the operations of WSI in South America to continue to grow and develop that business locally.
