These hazardous-rated lighting fixtures balance safety and functionality in areas where flammable substances could occur due to accidental rupture, breakage, or faulty operation of a closed system.

For international projects, these classifications align with IEC (International Electrotechnical Commission) Zones, ensuring compatibility and safety: Class I Division 2 (NEC) is equivalent to Zone 2 (IEC).
